Date Night!

Randy and I received some Maverick tickets last Thursdays preseason game. We were so excited to have them. It has been awhile since I’ve been to a game. If I recall right, it was before I was sick that I have been to a game. Anyways, we had a lot of fun. I learned a lot from this date too. First: My body no longer can seat in those itty-bitty seats that long. For everyone else that has a tail bone it may not be a problem, but for me who doesn’t have that support, OUCH! Second: I live a sheltered life. The couple sitting behind us spoke a few choice words that I haven’t heard since I worked outside of the home! I just sat there wondering if he was ever going to say anything nice. He didn’t. Third: I now know that next time Randy gets any tickets, there are for him and the kids or a friend. I think as much as Randy loves going out to these occasions with me, he would most likely like to have some other company. I will say though, if it is a football or a hockey game. I may just have to bring a pillow to sit on:)
